Our challenge was to showcase these properties as urban sanctuaries focused on health and wellbeing, while highlighting the area's transformation into a hub for business and culture. We developed a visual storytelling strategy centered on custom floral illustrations, which became the cornerstone of the brand identity.
This nature-inspired approach, featuring a carefully curated color palette and versatile design elements, was adapted across various marketing materials. The resulting brand system successfully positioned the Royal Docks developments as urban oases, emphasizing their integration of green spaces within a bustling environment, focus on resident wellbeing, and proximity to London's emerging commercial and cultural center.
Our work enabled Mount Anvil to effectively communicate the unique character of each development while maintaining a cohesive brand story, attracting potential residents seeking a balance of urban living and natural tranquility.
